We are going through a tough and unpredictable pandemic lockdown which is a situation to be handled by each and everyone within their capacity. Since there is no previous experience in handling these situations we need to take a 4 step approach.

1. Reactive: Any unplanned situation we can only be reactive to it as and when it comes. Since day by day things are changing we will not have proper plan how to deal with it . We need to have patience and then reach to situation or even just before it approaches .

2. Connect: Connect with all the people around you, within your team, other industry colleagues, family and known friends, people whom you can trust so that you will get more information about what is happening around. Connect with genuine people and websites so that you get the right pieces of information.

3. Transparency: During this difficult and unpredictable time it will always better to be more transparent. Transparency will also help to collaborate and get new ideas from different segments. 

4. Stock Taking: This is the time you need to take stock of what your strength and weakness. It can be in the form of reserve you have and what is the limitation you will have for liquidity. Stocktaking can be in the way of knowledge, use of technology and the contacts you have.


Over and above all these measures you need to follow the guidelines provided by the state and central governments. Always remember that the government takes certain measures keeping in view of the people and in the long term it will benefit society.

We will be able to overcome these situations if we manage it properly.
