All had a break of more than 40 days from the routine work, it is better to start from scratch. Expect that it is a new beginning in all ways of work. Now all had a break and are in different situations in their business.  Some had issues during the lockdown and others had a break to rethink how to restart the business.

Fear: All are having a fear of health and getting back to normal in business. Always believe in yourself and understand that there will be an opportunity in every challenging situation. How fast we come in terms with reality and understand the opportunity and move in the direction to achieve our long term goals. We need to convert hopelessness to the faith in moving ahead in a positive way.

Educating people: Whenever there is a new beginning we need to educate people about the opportunity and make them used to make the change in their routine work. Educating can be in terms of technology, customer behavior in new situations, how to find the right opportunity and not to get depressed.

Transparency and Synergy:  Once we educate our team then there must be transparency in our goals and policy. People will be used to old culture and when we have a new beginning there have to be new goals and a strategy to achieve the same. Once we are clear what we are aiming for, we need to have a proper synergy with everyone in the ecosystem. Only with proper synergy we will move faster and will not waste any efforts.

Cost-effective: Always when we start new we will minimize the cost to maximize the output. Always, in the beginning, there will be time to understand and mistakes will happen. So the best way is to reduce the unnecessary cost involved in every transaction and make sure a sustainable way to reach our goals. Always keep in mind that this is temporary and good days will come fast.

Make all people feel as an entrepreneur who always put more than 100 % effort in all their activity, if everyone thinks that he is an entrepreneur than there will not be any wastage of effort and success will come fast.
