I normally don't take much stress at work and at home. Have yoga at least 5 days a week during the lockdown. We were checking our weight every 10 days starting from day one of lockdown. Thanks to maida and different varieties of food in my family all had a weight increase of at least 1 or 2 Kg in this period. I was an exception with constant weight during this entire lockdown

Unlocking 1.0 we have started getting into various issues. I was having a fight with the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) in our Social media group regarding visitor entry.  I was putting pressure on RWA on this issue on a  daily basis, I was getting too much involved adding more stress to self and others. I was enjoying that but didn't know that this was a stress for me as well as for others.

Last weight check of family members my weight has reduced 1 kg.

I then realized that I didn't do yoga regularly these days.


I used to call my parents every morning in this lockdown days so that they feel happy, I missed that also for a few days


Stress is slow poison, it will get into you slowly and you might enjoy it initially. But it will deteriorate your health in the long run

I have a realization on this and put the group on mute, avoid unnecessary discussion in social media.

Any time if you want to have a healthy life please avoid stress and especially these social media discussions personally.
