It will be a central place which will have a single license for food production and few outlets will be there to serve the customer only on take away, this will be suitable for online sales.   In most of the companies, we have a large set of customers where revenue is generated. If you noticed out of the total customers 80% of the revenue or profit comes from 15-20 % of the Customers. Acquiring a customer is not easy but getting good revenue and profit from that customer is more important. Most of the companies sales team want to hold all the customers and also want to add new customers. If you do the analysis of the total customer and identify the key accounts which contribute to your profit, you need to focus more on to these set of 15-20% of customers. This was due to geographical constrain, market credit, and implementation process at the customer end. Due to internet penetration in India, all product information and product comparisons are accessible to all. Traditional distributors were doing this as a service to the customers earlier. Stress Kills

I normally don't take much stress at work and at home. Have yoga at least 5 days a week during the lockdown. We were checking our weight every 10 days starting from day one of lockdown. Thanks to maida and different varieties of food in my family all had a weight increase of at least 1 or 2 Kg in this period. I was an exception with constant weight during this entire lockdown Unlocking 1.0 we have started getting into various issues. I was having a fight with the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) in our Social media group regarding visitor entry.  I was putting pressure on RWA on this issue on a  daily basis, I was getting too much involved adding more stress to self and others. I was enjoying that but didn't know that this was a stress for me as well as for others. Last weight check of family members my weight has reduced 1 kg. Simple Formula to plan FY 20-21

Pandemic has changed all our plans for FY 20-21. Most of the companies have made the plan and need to revisit the initial plan. Each segment has affected differently and few got advantage also.  Mostly essential goods are not affected much. One thing was clear - 60 days lockdown. So most business has come to halt for 60 days.  The simple calculation is 2/12 is not able to recover, ie, 16.66% straight loss. One is to cover up the loss by doing extra or reduce the cost. Putting extra effort is the need of the hour, but not sure how the market will react. Some indication is that it will take 3 months to start the market, which means it is a 25% straight loss. So if you are in a segment with an operating margin of less than 25% it will be difficult to manage this year in comparison to the previous year. 1. All had a break of more than 40 days from the routine work, it is better to start from scratch. Expect that it is a new beginning in all ways of work. Now all had a break and are in different situations in their business.  Some had issues during the lockdown and others had a break to rethink how to restart the business. Fear: All are having a fear of health and getting back to normal in business. Always believe in yourself and understand that there will be an opportunity in every challenging situation. Now onwards we will have 2 new era, one is before COVID and posts COVID.  Both will be entirely different in terms of our interaction with life. There will be some changes which we were not used doing before COVID. 1. Social Distancing: This is for the safety of self and for the society where you exist. This will be new hygiene.
